From this very bright apartment, you can enjoy a wonderful view of Lake Lugano (Ceresio), even without going out on the large terrace (24 sqm), it seems almost like you are on a cruise. The proximity to major cities in Ticino and Lombardy, but also to unspoilt nature such as Malcantone, make the location interesting for those who want to visit, shop or play sports.
Hello, I am Rolf your Host, Swiss citizen, in 2015 I bought the apartment on the ground floor of this beautiful semi-detached house where I moved, with my wife Raffaella, definitely in May 2019 and in October of this year, I bought also the apartment on the first floor that I now make available to those who want to rest quietly on the shores of Lake Lugano.
My wife and I are very comfortable and I hope our guests are happy to spend a stay in this beautiful place. So we hope to welcome you soon.

Here are several free parking spaces available in the immediate vicinity!
A few meters away 2 restaurants, 1 with Italian specialties and the other, Steak House Tex Mex, A 250 m a nice lido with sports activities and snack bar (May - September), 2 bars a few meters away. Brusimpiano also offers services such as 1 bank, newsstand, pharmacy, post office, bakery with small grocery store, bus service and navigation on the lake.
The pro loco of Brusimpiano is very active and organizes almost weekly, during the summer season, country parties with tasty Italian specialties and live music, but also the rest of the neighboring region is full of cultural, gastronomic and musical events.
In the next hamlet, Lavena Ponte Tresa, (4 km) you can find lots of boutiques, restaurants and on Saturday there is a big market.
Brusimpiano is located 16 km from Lugano, Switzerland, the pearl of the lake that attracts tourists from all over the world for its tourist attractions and landscapes.
